Terra Carbide Presents its Everest Series of GTN Block, Blade Insert Sets. The GTN carbide inserts offered along are of grade EVC5T and insert width 0.087 inch or 0.122 inch. Whether you are parting off small components or grooving large diameters, you will find the right set for your machining needs. Everest series of carbide parting/grooving inserts from Terra Carbide aid in cost-efficient production for short-run jobs, and general-purpose projects. We are offering block/blade in five sets of varying shank height 1/2 inch, 5/8 inch, 3/4 inch, 1.0 inch. Each set consists of one block ranging from 0.500 inch to 1.000 inches, one parting blade ranging from 0.750 inch to 1.250 inches and five GTN inserts. Inserts are available in PVD-coated grade for steel and stainless steel. The coated assortments offer better heat resistance, making it ideal for use in harsh industrial conditions.
