Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized or custom-made products.
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, let us know when you initiate the return.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund and cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled but can be returned once received
