- Outstanding accuracy and quality, our solid steel body SET-TRU chucks can be used for all machining where standard scroll chucks are used, along with applications where tighter tolerances are required.
- Chuck bodies hardened to 28 HRC, jaws hardened to 50 HRC, 4 micro adjustment screws for fine adjustment, and 0.0006″ TIR repeatability make for a very rigid, reliable and accurate system.
- Due to the increased rigidity, accuracy and optimal wear behavior, our chucks can handle rough as well precision machining demands while extending the life of cutting tools and machines.
